In 2013 the Tate undertook extensive works to their hospitality facilities including the re-design and fit out of new kitchens servicing their restaurant and cafe diner. Working with Fat Boys Catering Equipment Ltd we supplied a NEBP 150-TA to the culinary arts team at this famous venue.

Ordered, supplied and installed within a matter of weeks the unit is the only one of its type in the main kitchen and forms the backbone of the large quantity food production capability at this world famous venue. With one of the capitals most elegant restaurants catering for up to ? covers and a new modern cafeteria offering a selection of hot and cold meals and snacks.

Capable of handling all food stuffs this robust, high performance unit has a 150 Kg capacity and is part of the Nayati range of specialist high production tilting boiling and braising pans. With capacities ranging from 100-300 litre the range offers total large quantity cooking solutions for every kind of location and production requirement.
